춘천은 도농 통합도시이며 농촌지역은 천혜의 호수와 산, 섬으로 이루어진 마을이 대부분으로 관광, 문화자원, 향토마을이 자리 잡고 있다.
이러한 자원을 잘 활용하여 아시아의 스위스, 수도권 허브정원의 역활로 춘천이 잘살고
행복한 도시가 되어야 한다.
고속도로 개통과, 복선전철 개통은 새로운 희망의 선물이다. 그러나 각 종 인프라 구축 없이는 그냥 스쳐가는 도시에 불과하고 수도권의 위성도시로 전락할 우려가 있다.
이를 미연에 방지하기 위해선 경관적 측면에 신경을 많이 써야 한다. 도로변, 강변, 철로변, 마을 도시의 이미지는 아름다운 풍경화가 되어야 관광 매력이 있어 관광객, 기업들이
몰려올것이다.
따라서 본 논문 연구의 취지는 도시. 농촌의 경관형성에 있어 주택, 구조물등의 질서있고 조 화롭게 어울려야 아름다운 경관이 된다.
스위스가 그러하다 경관을 잘 관리하고 친절한 서어비스, 관광지 개발을 통하여 4만불 고소득 국가가 되었듯이 춘천도 이러한 전략이 필요하다.
건축물이든 구조물이든 주변과 어울리는 특화된 마을 만들기 승부가 춘천을 풍요롭게 만들기 때문이다. 건축물 자체로는 경관을 형성함에 어려움이 있어 주변 산세와 환경과의 조화가 되어야 하고 마을 마다 특성있는 경관계획이 요구된다는 결론이다.
창조적 아이디어의 승부, 춘천 발전전략이 될것이다.

ABSTRACT
To make the formation of the rural characteristic landscape, the central government or provincial governments are implementing them after framing various landscape policies as the directions for the improvement against this. One of these policies is the authentication system of the landscape housing, and the representative case is the authentication project of the landscape home in Chuncheon-city, Gangwon-province. This research aims to advance the problems and the future direction for improvement by analyzing the selection tendency of the landscape housing on the basis of the selection cases of the rural landscape housing and the contents of the judgment criteria which have been selected by Chuncheon-city in the meanwhile. Also, this research proposes the method of betterment by focusing on the harmony with the surrounding environment.
